Today I had the pleasure of shooting Michael & Tristan's wedding in Memory Grove. It turned out to be a great day. Not too cloudy and just enough sunlight. My thanks to James and Karen for sending Michael and Tristan my way. It was a very fun shoot!

A Day of Traveling

Today I got to do something I haven't done for a very, very long time. Today I drove a very long distance to the middle of nowhere and then made my way back home, taking portraits of whatever I found interesting. I started in a dry lake bed somewhere 60 miles southwest of Delta, stopped at Sevier Lake and the last portrait taken was in Leamington as the sun was going down

This week I had the opportunity to shoot an old friend. We decked the studio with newspaper (obviously) and just had fun. I won't bore you with how the image was captured or adjusted, I'll just let you enjoy a unique portrait.

Today my photography team and I had the opportunity to shoot Kailee and Josh's wedding at the Salt Lake Temple. It's much more fun shooting there in the winter as compared to the summer. It's not nearly as busy! I was noticing spots to shoot where I've never noticed before. Hence, the above image. I saw this spot and decided to take advantage of the fire hydrant...(that doesn't sound right). Also, there was an interesting beam of light being reflected on an extremely shallow angle. You can see the tree on the left casting an awesome shadow and casting it only on the wall, not on Josh or Kailee. As you can see, the photo turned out great!
